Hello, I know this is an older post. I am currently installing the stage 3 system. I could use some assistance with the wiring on the hat. The pdf is confusing. I had Juggernaut assemble and wire the hat. I have dual 274 pumps.

Which terminals do the power wires connect to?

Which set of black wires connect to the fuel level terminals?

Which black wires connect to the hat ground terminals?

A picture or diagram would be very helpful.

Thank you in advance!

The terminal labeling is for color. R = Red/Power. B=Black/Ground.

Do you have a photo of what you’re working with? I am trying to recall from memory.

I didn’t realize the lettering specified wire color. Which black wires connect to the fuel level terminals?

Here’s a dim picture of my hat I took at some point during my stage 3 install. This is from memory when I did this almost a year ago.

Red power wires to the ’R’ terminals.
Ground wires to the ā€˜B’ terminals (right next to the power wires). The ground wire harness will be two black wires bundled together. I recall it being maybe two feet or so of wire, not very long.
The fuel level sender wires are also black, but they should have a connector on one end of them that should plug into the factory harness.

Happy to help. For the grounds, I used the rear seat belt anchor bolt. Grind the paint off the body and seat belt bracket. Here is how mine look:

Quick correction as my photo was a bit blurry, ground wires goes to the ā€˜B’ terminals right next to the power wires to the ā€˜R’ terminals. I edited my post above as ā€˜G’ was incorrect, they are not used.
