Is there anyone using the Stage 1 Arcane Performance Products Fuel System as sold by Juggernaut Performance? I sent them a message about the WHP limitations of that system and they said the rails are the choke point at around 825 WHP on E85. I am only looking to be in the 700-750WHP max (probably on the lower end)on E85.

Looking to keep installation simple, which is why I want to run stock fuel line, and I have no intention of going over 750WHP, if I even get it up that high.

Their only caveat was they said there is no provision for a fuel filter on the stage 1 kits, which is why they normally recommend a stage 2 kit.

How important is that filter? I am pretty sure the Roush, Whipple, Paxton, etc. kits don't come with an external fuel filter on their complete kits.

Here is the combo I will be running.
ESS G2 120mm (8 PSI)
ID1050x
Hopefully this Stage 1 system.
Looking to have it tuned for 93 and E85 on the same pully. Run the E85 map in the summer and switch to 93 map for the colder months.

If you don't run the spec required filter, ID will void any warranty claim. They demand a 10 micron or less filter. It only takes a small contaminant to fry a motor on boost, my recommendation is either microglass or microsteel. Bad fuel is much less of an issue today than it was in years past, but still a big threat to a motor. Don't skimp. Buy and plumb a fuel filter. The socks aren't going to catch stuff that could still clog an injector.

@Angrey is correct;

The reason is because the Radium bucket which they use does not have an integrated low micron filter like the stock bucket does. There isn't one inside the stock line as far as I know as well. You will need to run a low micron filter somewhere on the line. If you are running E-85, Microglass only. There will be no rusting with that option.

You may be able to run an IDF750 up front. Most people just use an inline filter though.

I run the Radium setup. Stage 2 with filter and -10 feed. Twin Ti274’s. Stock rails will go to 1000whp on E85 all day long. (15-17’).

2019 here with the stage 2 kit. tried running stock fuel rail but rail pressure was dropping at 760 wheel. Installed fuel rails and dropped pulley size. Made 800 wheel and fuel pressure was rock solid.

Love this thread, it's like a continuation from the one I started a couple days ago , thanks OP :)

Can you please specify which rails you installed? (pics would be amazing if you have some)
Also - are you still running it in deadhead (no return from rails) configuration with the stg2 and rails?

So when ordering the stage 2 kit, you’d choose deadhead, check valve, PTFE right? Deadhead is the only one available so I’ll be sourcing fuel
Rails elsewhere.

Arcane Stage 3 setup here, has been great so far and plenty of room to grow. Their stage 1 & 2 offerings are also wonderful but I too would recommend a good filter setup if going S1.

You don't need an additional check valve the 274s have internal valves.
