I’ve got Signature wheels on my non-R with Signature titanium lugs. What will the fit be like if I swapped to the R length (or extended) APR studs? Or R spindles with studs already in them? Will tbe stud extend to flush with the lug nut both f&r? Surely someone has done this or similar combo.

Did you reach out to Terrance? If I recall, they specifically made the lug nuts the same length as the studs with the wheel mounted. But I think it’ll depend on your offsets.

ARP studs are hard to come by. I called everywhere, including ARP direct regarding wheel studs for the S550 and they told me they wouldn’t be shipping any until the end of June.

I like to disassemble things.
Supply side issues still suck, for everybody.

Managed to grab a set of front and back hubs from OP Mustang with R length studs. Keep checking their site.

Saw the hubs at OP, but that drives the cost up a bit, but makes install a lot simpler. I like the gold/bronze color of the ARP studs though, LOL.

That's what happens when everything gets sourced to China and their idea of handling a pandemic is to lock everyone in their house with a metal gate and a padlock.

I'd have to to see photos of your rims to be sure, but on my car, I have the GT4 studs and they stick way out. Once I go square, it will not be an issue, but for the time being, they are very long.

Reach out to Tim at OP. Good guy to work with, and pretty straight forward.

They do sell just the studs. I am lazy and was looking for simpliest install

Thinking I may have my shop do the swap. Not sure my patience will hold up. Is it mostly just the disassembly of the parking brake that makes it so painful?

If you have the right tools the PB isn't an issue.

Yeah, parking brake isn’t too bad. I guess just getting the axle nut off to get the spindle off is the biggest part. I’d take the spindles to the machine shop to get the actual studs swapped out though.

The end result should be ideal. The lug nuts will sit flush with the longer studs. Do it!!
