I'm planning on installing a GT350 manifold in the near future, and while I'm doing the oil pump gears and crank sprocket, I'm thinking that I should just go ahead and do cams while I'm in there. I have no plans to go forced induction in the future--this car will stay naturally aspirated. The car is currently Lund tuned, and I was wondering if anyone out there has had their car tuned by them after doing cams? Curious to see how the car and the tune performed. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks!

I'm picking up my car this weekend, so I'll have some real world feedback for you after Saturday.. I have comp stage 3 cams installed along with a whole lot of other parts at the same time. I am Lund tuned on an Nguage. My car made 507 rwhp on the dyno last week. From all my research and talking with people that have done this setup Lund was the most reputable for my build. I like you am intending on staying NA. I'm planning on porting heads and a few other things after the first of next year. I got my inspiration from the thread "going 500 whp NA" you should check it out if you haven't yet. It's got a ton of good info in it but as far as Lund and cams goes, it's a safe combo. The other folks I know that have cams are Lund tuned also...

I'll be starting a build thread this weekend so you guys can see what all I've got done to date. That'll give you a better idea on how I got to 507. Here's a video of the dyno run.. [ame]

Please don't start on me in his thread also. You know what the title of the thread states...obviously you can read. Yes he is planning on a gt350 but he may want to see results from another manifold to help make his mind up. I'm just trying to help that's all

Saywhen--did you go with a dyno tune from Lund, or did they email a tune over and revise from there? When I had initially asked them months ago they said I would probably need to do a remote dyno session, but I don't know if that's still the case.

Yes sir I did the remote dyno tune. It took a few runs to get it dialed in. But keep in mind I changed injectors, manifold, throttle body, intake, and exhaust all at the same time. So I'm not sure if there's a base tune for the gt350 w/cams you could run and just email data logs and get revisions from there. But dyno would yield the best results
