I had a fuse blow in my Sai Li system. No real way to tell until I sent logs to Lund. Came very close to smoking my motor!!

U need to check your wiring, not just for an open wire but a bad connection or a bad ground. No way those stock pumps should blow a 20 amp fuse.

Tommy V did you ever take the BAP off after you did the boost reference if so is the car still getting enough fuel? and I guess the boost reference fixed your issue?

I didn't take it off because I didn't want to cut my nice wiring that I did,I did turn it way down to only 16 volts because when I put the boost reference on I was getting way too much fuel.I will probably just leave it on in case I pulley down and run more boost, but with the boost reference hooked up now and 4.88 pulley I'm 99%sure I don't need it,in my logs the pcm was dropping duty cycle and pulse width like crazy,my stft were .92 .93 I'm many areas of my pull.

Have any of you guys burned up a fuel pump with this system? I had a very scary experience on the dyno and when I looked in my log, I was super lean. Turns out one of my fuel pumps is dead in only ~2k miles. The car drives perfectly (out of boost) on one pump and made 802 lb ft so I'm kind of impressed tbh lol.

Definitely doing a compression test tomorrow now that I know what the issue is but I'm just curious if this has happened to any of you guys with this fuel system.

were you running a BAP? I would guess it is wiring related because factory pumps are usually more reliable. I would replace it with that DW pump that is out.

Yeah I don't think I'd pay to upgrade the pumps with this system. If I was to up the power even more (which I doubt I will), I'd probably re-do the whole fuel system with better parts.
