My brother-in-law had a '03 Cobra. I took him for a ride in my 350 and he was amazed at how far the Mustang chassis and powertrain has advanced.

No, I'm really happy with it. I get a little twitch when considering the coolers that I will eventually add to the car, but other than that I love the GT350. It's the first time I've owned a car for more than 6 months and not been looking for the next one.

You don’t want to know
No regrets - It's the only car out of more than 60 I've owned that makes me smile every time I get in it. (And I often just laugh out loud when I'm driving it.) :headbang:

First off, let me say that I tend to overthink things (sometimes a lot), so perhaps I'm doing that...

I placed an order for a '17 car and I'm wondering if it was the right decision. Does anyone regret picking up their 350? If so, why? I'm coming from a 2004 Cobra that has minor mods (exhaust, suspension, no pulley mods) and I'm curious if anyone here has made a similar move. I'd be especially interested in driving impressions between the two for those who made a similar swap. Understandably, dealers aren't really allowing test drives around here.

Thanks.
I have owned several mustangs. I rather prefer the power band of the GT350 vs that of my previous GT's. My preference is mainly due to my driving style. I only have two regrets. 1. tried harder to afford (@MSRP)an R when I ordered mine. I will not be car poor so I choose the Track Pack. 2. Not driving my GT350 more but I will get in my 4, if not more, full day track session in a year.

My said if I buy the Shelby she's going to leave me............. I'm sure going to miss her :ford::ford::ford::ford:
Seen on the interwebs over the weekend:

"If you had to choose between your wife and your car hobby, what kind of car would you get?"

Honestly only 1 regret:

Not getting an R!

Over the years I owned many Mustangs. I always wished I got the Cobra but never did. I promised myself this time I would get the best. I fell short on the R, but the car is still top of the food chain!

Depends. If I were to get a Ferrari but forced to buy a GT350, of course.

0 regrets and I have the "dreaded" Tech Pack with a low ADM.

My only regret is not waiting for a 2017 and not having a ruby red with coolers. That and not being rich enough to find / afford an R. Cooler issue aside it is definitely a great car to drive around in. Someday I hope to hit Mid Ohio.

No regrets, best bang for the buck. FP or not, cooler kits will be packaged at some point. If you're serious and can put large amount of $$ down or pay cash, you should be able to get it for under MSRP at this point
