Anyone have issues with shift lights not working?

My shift lights in Track and Drag modes do not work currently but Tach mode is fine. Dealer tech is stumped. Any ideas are welcome.

What RPM do you have the lights set to?
What brightness do you have the lights set to?

I’ve played around with brightness but it’s set at 100% currently and set to redline.

Don’t think anything is unplugged since it functions in Tach mode

You say it functions in tach mode, but not other modes. I have only ever used track mode, but with my shift light set for 8,000 rpm the lights don't start lighting until 6,000 rpm to give me a 2,000 rpm buildup of lights before they blink at 8,000. Perhaps you're just expecting them to light up sooner than they're programmed to? Try setting the lights to come on at a much much lower RPM to see if that makes them function they way you want.

Watch below and you'll see they don't light up in Track Mode until I clear the 6,000 rpm mark.

This- you have to hit a high RPM. I thought mine wasn't working in track mode as well...
