Some days it works fine, but recently I've had days where the A/C blows but not cold at all, no matter what I do. Then next couple of days I've had it work fine again. One day it wouldn't blow cold until I put the driver's seat cooler on.

Any ideas what's going on?

Yes Sir. Mine needed to be fixed the first week or two I owned it. A recharge then they replaced something.

Check the TSB/Issues sub forum on here - LOTS of A/C "not working" threads in there. The problem appears to be linked to faulty or failing A/C evaporator cores.

Mine didn't work for 2 days. I took it into my dealership. They had it for most of the day, called me up and told me it was blowing ice cold. Gave it back to me, and I've had no problem for a couple of months since then.

Hello Essex Wire,

I recommend you bring your vehicle in to your Ford Dealer and get it fully diagnosed. Be sure to speak with your service manager about this concern, as he is in the best position to ensure a proper diagnosis.

Also, please PM me with your VIN, dealer, mileage, full name, and best daytime number. I’ll loop in the customer service manager for your area.
