I've been looking around at all the Gen-3 boost kits. Lots of superchargers and turbo kits.

They used to have them for the older Coyotes, but haven't found any of these yet. I'm wondering, has Vortech or Paxton come out with any low-mid boost Non-Intercooled kits for the 2018-19 GT yet?

Why would you want non intercooled? Just a question, don't know the benifits if any of that.

Because no one wants to blow a 11:1 or 12:1 compression car by running boost through it with out a intercooler...

They still sell the low-mid boost kits for the older gen coyotes. They serve quite well, with no ill effect from everything I've read. Especially if boost is kept down around 5-7psi.

Unless of course in a 12:1 engine like the new one, it simply isn't feasible?

You could run a non intercooler kit like that on baby boost just fine but for the cost difference (minimal?) you might wanna just get a full intercooled kit. If the cost was significantly lower you could run a non I/c blower kit turned up using meth injection.

Why bother. Paxton and Vortech and Procharger have proven IC'd kits.

I get the cost factor but even so Im willing to bet if you added meth to a non IC'd kit you might as well have done and IC'd kit from the start.

Like everyone else said, you already have high compression, adding boost is risky much less non intercooled air that’s 120-150 degrees

That's just it. With a 12:1 ratio, if I was to boost, I honestly don't think I would want to go above 7psi. Those kits are a couple thousand dollars less. In fact, I've seen sales where NonIC kits sell as low as $3,500, and have a lot less plumbing to deal with.
From what I've read, the NonIC kit pictured above for the 07-09 model, easily pushes another 100-120hp without much trouble. I would love to be able to have a more simplified setup that won't push the engine so hard.

They are not a couple thousand dollars less. An IC costs a few hundred bucks and the piping kit another $200 or so..

The last thing you want is a non intercooled FI kit on any modern motor.

If youre afraid of high boost, install a 3.8 pulley vs. the standard 3.6 supplied with the kit and you should stay around 7 psi.

07-09 3V 4.6 is a totally different engine comparing it to a coyote is a bit of an insult to the coyote LOL.......

The '06 Paxton kit is $3,500. The "09 Vortech kit is $3.900, and that's not even on sale. So, yes, they are significantly less expensive when you eliminate all the plumbing and the intercooler. All you have is a compressor, belt, maybe a couple pulleys, and a small inlet/outlet pipe from the filter box. Much less complicated when running a lower boost system, and lower chance of maintenance issues as well. Granted that's for the 4.6L running a lower ~10:1 ratio.

But still, is it not feasible to run a low boost Non-IC compressor on a 12:1 engine?

Maybe they just decided the lower boost systems weren't selling as many, since everyone always seems to be more interested in maximum power.

What happens when you have boost on 93 octane and are at WOT @7500 rpm with high IATs and get a bad batch of gas? Your rods exit stage left because you were cheap. Don’t be cheap and just do it right.

Huh?

Those systems come with a different blower than the coyote systems which will lower the price in and of itself.

You’re a self proclaimed engineer... just buy the turbo system I bought and build it yourself and save tons of money.

My turbo kit cost $2500.
