Looking at a low mile 2020 CFTP. Any major differences between it and the 2022s? My 2020 Heritage R came with improved steering rack and engine internals. Anything like that with the 500s from year to year?

Appreciate it.

I dont think so. Colors and options, but that is about it. A very short production run and quite honestly, the car is excellent as it is. I have a 2020 and never heard of any significant updates.

The earlier cars will not be decontented due to supply chain issues. On the flip side, make sure that all recall and TSB issues are dealt with.

What recalls were there, and TSB issues?

Thanks again.

There was a timing chain issue for some 2020 and 2021 blend dates but otherwise they are all the same minus color availability. If you can still find a new 2022 available and it doesn’t have a ridiculous markup you might wanna jump on it.

here is the timing chain TSB, it was most of 2020 only. this is the most important one.

20 & 21 also had a TSB for both the transmission cooler lines leaking from the mounts and the TCM/PCM needed a reflash.

late 22 just had a TSB for a rough idle from a bad current sensor, very easy fix.

This is gorgeous—but given how many are on the market—many with low, low miles—no way i am paying a dime over MSRP (got my Heritage for $400 under MSRP).

So I will be patient.

But funny how every company selling the GT500 Heritage claims how rare they are, yet I have read on this forum that Brittany Blue was the most popular color for 2022. Napa Ford still has 5 Heritage cars on their lot.

Thanks again for everyone’s input.

they are definitely going to be the most produced color of 22 and probably somewhere in the middle of total s550 production. did anyone throw out the 225 total heritage number to you?

No—you mean only 225 total GT500 Heritage CFTPs produced? I know only 280 of the Heritage GT350Rs were produced.

Most common color for the 20 350 was wimbledon white. Just say’n. Those value’s and sales aren’t near msrp now. Referr’n to HE 350’s/R’s.
