Just wanted to post an update, I have had the shift knob installed since May and I absolutely love it, way better than stock. I also get quite a few questions when wearing my [MENTION=19132]Anarchy Motive[/MENTION] T-shirt.


The wait will be worth it!

YES!!!! my AM knob just got here...wow..this thing is amazing!!! And heavy....one question. the supplied nut I thread on first, THEN screw on the knob? And adjust them both as necessary to make sure the lever for the reverse works? And do I need locktite? I have some if necessary. AM.....First class job!!!! I love this!!!!! Thanks again!!!!

Congrats dude. Snap a photo as soon as you get it on. And in regards to the nut you are spot on.

I haven't used any loctite and my knob has yet to show any looseness

A little update....installed last night and looks great. Did have to use some locktite as I found that trying to get the AM logo to face correctly was a challenge....Also if i screwed it on too far down the threads, I was getting a small "catch" or "stick" when putting into reverse. I back off the threads a turn or two and there was no catch going into reverse. Locktite'd it down and its good to go....
I still cant believe that thing weighs what it does...my stock knob damn near floated off when i removed it....LOL
