I won't waste my time with Lunds Ff tune. I'm probably going to just have Watson tune it and not waste anymore time on the email tunes. To much bs.

my car runs perfect on 260 GTX+ without a tune. :headbang:
I agree. I run Sunoco 260 GT. I'm not ever going to run the E85. To much hassle. If ford made the GT350 flex fuel from the factory I may of used it. But not as a aftermarket tune.

My car runs perfect with Lund flex fuel.
My car ran perfect with a Lund 93 tune, the issues started with the flex fuel tune. My question Is there anyone out there that has the same mods as my car running a lund flex fuel tune with no issues?

Just run the highest octane you can whether it's 93 or race fuel or booster. The computer will keep adding timing until it detects knock and automatically back off the timing to avoid knock. 98 octane added about 15-18 rwhp on a stock tune with no other changes.

What kind of flex fuel tune issues are you having?

e85 seems nice and all, but it doesnt make sense for me.

I'm sure further down the line, I'll drive my car over to dallas to have it tuned by a guy that has worked on a few friends' cars, till then it seems like through the 260 fuel alone i was seeing 15-16hp gains. add in the LT headers and exhaust and there is a definite seat of the pants change. i have to get back to the dyno to see what the numbers say, but summertime isnt the best season for tuning down here.

Hesitation on hard acceleration
I had some similar issues, I have found a couple things to be true on my car, and maybe some things to check.

Even a slight vacuum leak dorks with the alcohol learning routines. I had to replace a clean side separator for my catch can setup. check your connections if applicable and be sure you didn't loose or rip an o-ring that might dork with fuel trims when learning.

wrong ALC percentage and your AFR's will be all over the place.

I have had more consistent results running a Ethanol conditioning additive. Lucas or starbrite both seemed to help.

The short term and long term fuel trims can be wonky. Car absolutely runs best when each tank is close to same ethanol levels. Dont consider it a true flex fuel. once the long term trims and the ecu are in relative sync with the tune it runs very well. When I actually tried it as a FF Tune the drivability was crap, backfires abound, response suffered, and you could see the Lambda fluxuating more as the ECU/Tune learned what it thought was the new normal. I dont recommend it at all. I also felt mixing 93 and e85 resulted in hit or mis percentages. The learning routine in my opinion can be goofy when blending on the fly with fill ups.

first 50 miles are so after resetting percentage can be unsettling. When its ran longer term on similar ALC percentages the Lamba and trims stay pretty tight on 1. and it drives as expected.

Hey I appreciate the help, I have already done all that except the fuel additives. I think there's something wrong in the tune, the car ran absolutely perfect before with 0 issues.

John, do you feel the torque improvements? My car is stock, so there isn't nearly as many variables. Incidentally, my car hated the lund tune and the Lethal off road pipes, killed torque. Car felt like I added 800 pounds. had to take the pipes off, which was fine as it was way to loud for me.

what are some of the most severe issues?

What has Lund been able to do so far? Sending in WOT data logs doesn't seem to really smooth out drive-ability issues. I think Lund sold his car.

Are you going to find a shop and just get a "custom" tune?
