Automotive and medical grade nos are not the same. But medical grade will still add hp. If I remember right medical grade nos is also used canned whip cream and cheese?
I think the major difference is they add something to performance nitrous that makes you sick if you inhale it. Same for "denatured" alcohol.

OK, got some preliminary results from the same dyno after ARH full system and tune. Having issues uploading file so i'll just spit out the gains and post graphs latter. Remember the tune has only 21 degrees of spark advance, 93 octane in the tank, and an A/F ratio in the high 11:1 - low 12:1 range, (slightly fat). Baseline peak was 457 rwhp 377ft/pounds rwtorque. New prelimanary peaks are 483 rwhp and 407rwtorque. That great but just as important is the mid and low rpm gains. You will see on the graph 45 rwhp gains through much of the mid range. Also noteworthy is the low rpm torque gains. Gone is the goofy 3000 rpm slump. This confirms the seat of the pants feeling. This combination really woke up the car. With data logging, tune revision, optimized timing curve and fuel tables 45 -50 rwhp gains are easily to get with this combination. Hang on until I get the graphs uploaded

45hp in the range is real good. You still have stock intake? You'll pick up a little more with a good dyno tune.

That A/F ratio seems pretty rich. What is the reason for going so rich with it? Seems it could be leaned out a bit without risking detonation, especially with the conservative spark advance too?

The tune is just that, conservative. It is the initial re-flash. I will data-log with the NGAUGE device. They will modify the tune, I will re-flash until the car doesn't accept any more timing and A/F is adjusted.

When I dynoed mine with a stock tune with ARH long tubes and no cats my stock tune was lean and knocked. We had proplems loading the Lund tune also. Once the tune took that tune was also lean. I was given the wrong tune because of the vendor I purchased it from didn't inform Lund correctly. Since then I've been dealing with Lund directly.

Where is Lund targeting a/f on the voodoo? Or better yet, has he found the sweet spot yet? Mid 13s I'm guessing?

Interested on what a CAI, ARH with cats, running a Lund FF tune will be capable of.

E50 on stock exhaust was quite compelling. full e85 on headers should e brutal.
