I got the DWS06 installed by the dealer before I pick up my car next week. I got the stock PP sizes because I didn't realize 275's would fit on the front. I called today to see if they could get 4 275/40/19's, but they already installed the 255's on the front. No big deal.

I have been looking at replacing my stock tires and was curious what your experience has been with this setup. What was your thought process behind the 275 all the way around?
More contact patch, looks better. So far I am very happy with the setup! Hase

Would upgrading the back tires from 275 to 285 create an appreciable difference in handling? or is the difference negligible

Got some Michelin Pilot A/S3 tires on mine. More expensive than some alternatives but wonderful in the rain.

My Continental DWS06'S are doing well. Love them so far in snow.

Don't hear many talking about, but I run Dunlop exclusively( long story). Have sport 01a on as of yesterday, square setup 275/40 all corners. and sport max in waiting. They are far better than the stock p-zeros.

Here is my opinion, I've had a variety of performance summer and all-season tires from Michelin, Pirelli, Bridgestone, Dunlop, Nitto, Continental, and Goodyear over the last 5-years and 175,000 miles on my four last Mustang GT's (2011, 2012, 2014, and 2015), and by far, the Michelin tires have been my favorite every time I have them, in both the Pilot Super Sport and AS3's.

Another good tire is the Cooper RS3A and RS3s as far as budget tires.
I put a set of the RS3As on my PP wheels and while not as grippy as the Pirellis were in warmer weather, they are in their element in cold, rainy weather. For less than $1k installed they seem like a great set of basic all season performance tires.
