Alignment Report

I know not much about what any of this means. Can someone give me either the thumbs up on this or point out what needs to be done please. This was done by an out of town shop following the install of a bunch of Steeda suspension parts including new springs. If it matters it’s on a weekend toy only Mach 1.

What was their feedback after completion?

I'd continue to focus on what you're asking now, being in-spec or out-of-spec. The amount driven (primarily weekend) doesn't matter.

Also, multiple aftermarket parts were installed. Does Steeda have specific alignment specs to support those parts? Does the driver continue to use factory specs? IDK.

The "steps" seen in the chart are akin to "bad", "good" and "better/best". The goal is to be at center in all readings.

The one reading (left front caster) that's been penned in, how did they come to that determination? By the computer, it's not registering. By their handwriting, it's borderline out-of-spec. Did they provide an explanation?

Right-front caster is between "good" and "better".

Right-rear camber is between "good" and "better".

The front camber readings are "good". They couldn't dial those into the "better/best" range?

1. I'd start by clarifying the standard, what is sought to support the new parts.

2. You could go back and have a re-do. Some have done that past. Others, they've sought out another facility to get things dialed in that much better. I'd pick the latter. The one non-reading and several specs "good" don't give me confidence in the facility who gave you the report.

I'd have it re done at a better shop. An alignment is on of those things that can be only annoying in the moment if the steering wheel is off, but it will bite you back hard later down the road. Your alignment specs are good but not great.

If its on the border to being out of spec, it only has to travel a tiny bit for it to be out of spec entirely and seriously mess up your tires.
