Caster will not cause any tire wear. Could cause the car to drift to the right. If its a big issue to you, you could buy adjustable caster/camber plates.

Don't hold me to this but I think I balanced the whole thing on a jack. Then removed and replaced one side at a time. Then raised it back up and tightened the cradle bolts
Not trying to be a smart ass, but you drop the subframe down far enough to remove the springs. Don't worry about the driveshaft; there's not that much angle.
