What is Ford coolant CVC-3DIL-B Orange equivalent after market one? Ford's cost about $40, looking for after market one that could be half the price, same orange color.

Its not $40, I got a gallon from the dealer for $14. List price is only $21, but since it got replaced by the new yellow variant not all dealers may have it in stock. Call around.

Awesome, thank you.
RockAuto also has it. after shipping it's about $23 (at least to me). Just another option.

Just look up VC3DILB in the part number search.

Ford came out with a TSB on F-150s that it's okay to mix the new yellow coolant with the orange, even if just doing a drain and fill. It'd use that. And by the second time, it should be pretty much all yellow.

More food for thought, borrowed from another thread:

I found another Job2 difference.

There was a change made for all Ford vehicles at the end of December 2019 regarding coolant. The yellow coolant-Motorcraft VC13 (not green), -has a longer service life than orange-Motorcraft VC3 (10 year/200k miles as opposed to 6 year/100k miles initial change-out) and improved corrosion resistance and resistance to deposits created within the cooling system. It is not advised to try to put VC13 in a car that was originally filled with VC3.

Both coolants are still capable, and the only real "benefit" to the change is for those who drive their cars 100k+ miles. In your scenario, I would just leave it alone and use what the car came with. As you know, there are always running changes and improvements.

Hope this helps.
