Went with this, best battery choice I ever made. Pricey but worth every cent. Exact size of the OEM.

Can you tell us more about the lift?
  3. Battery tender use/question

This is the very best I have found for maintaining, charging, repairing and desulfating. Adjustable voltage, selectable battery type (gel thru AGM/Odyssey), and automatic temperature compensation. On the high side price-wise, but worth every penny to keep your battery in perfect condition...
  4. Cooling Fans Not Working?

I know for the GT, the fans run at 40% speed when the CHT reaches 212 degrees F, and they run at 100% when the temp reaches 223 degrees. Not sure if the same for EB, but it's worth mentioning. I just can't recall where I collected this data, sorry.

These might give a clearer idea.

Ummmm, seems you don't. Sold Out.
  8. Heated / Cooled seats stopped working - no more "click" - can't find the relay

After reading all this, wanted to check my module and connector. I have a 2017 GT Premium built March 2017. Appears the module is original and the same as others having problems. What's different, is the connector has the extra ground wire already installed (you can see in the pic each of the 12...

  11. The Best Funnel?

Haha I got a chuckle out of that one. I spend a silly amount of time reading these forums and I learn a lot. Only when I can add something useful and practical will I actually comment. I bought my '17 on July 4th of that year and I'm now familiar enough with it to make some useful comments.
  12. The Best Funnel?

If you pour a lot of oil quickly, yep it will burp. But it will flow smoothly if you find a good, steady flow pattern into the funnel. Not having to worry about the funnel slipping out or moving is the biggest advantage for me.
  13. The Best Funnel?

Sometimes we simply forget these tried and true methods, and keep looking for new "tech" since it has to be better, right? If you have the time and patience to drain the filter, this method results in very little mess.
  14. The Best Funnel?

Actually, the plastic bag trick still works. Some oil will always drain out along the length of the filter and drip off the end and miss the yellow funnel. You can see the angle here, just something to be aware. The bag will catch that dripping.
  15. The Best Funnel?

Yep, that's the thread where I first saw it, here is the eBay link: https://www.ebay.com/itm/2018-2020-PP1-PP2-5-0-Mustang-Oil-Filter-Funnel/124186232259?hash=item1cea1385c3:g:Od0AAOSwvrVetHgk
  16. The Best Funnel?

All good points. For me it just eliminates the chance of the funnel slipping and a messy fill. And for $10 all-in, it is well worth the peace of mind. The angle doesn't bother me since the funnel diameter is pretty large.
  17. The Best Funnel?

Well, if there is such a thing as the "Best" funnel, I think this certainly comes close. It's the simplicity that screams "why didn't I think of this?" Remove oil cap, insert funnel, twist a quarter turn, tight as a drum. Doesn't move, doesn't leak, unscrews for cleaning, done. The link...
  18. Looking for an oil filter socket for the FL500S. Thx.

Here is a quick comparison. Steelman on the right, Lisle on the left. You can see that Lisle puts the wrench plate on the outside of the unit which extends the length a bit compared to the Steelman. Steelman puts the wrench plate on the inside. Both are based on the same design of 76mm with 30...
