This is an incomplete answer as I have no idea how much DF the front stock splitter makes.

this article addresses gurney flap DF contributions as far as length and AoA. I'm not sure how much the swing generates but you can use the math here to see what a gurney will contribute. I use percentage change rather that actual values so I can at least see what affect a gurney will have at what speed. The worst you will do is induce high speed understeer if you don't modify your splitter and add a gurney flap.

SO I don't think the 2018 belly pan will work due to the fact that the belly pan takes the shape of the lip which takes the shape of the bumper cover. I could be wrong but thats the way I see it.

As far as alternatives to PP2 splitter, I would look into ZL1 Addons splitter extensions. For all that, I would look into APR splitter because they are about the same length and there is more flexibility on how to mount the mount the APR splitter.

the splitters are plastic so all niceties aside, you can just drill and thru-bolt whatever you have for belly pan.

I see. hopefully you can figure something out!

Also there are people who have mounted the APR splitter without rods AND can withstand their body weight standing on it.

I'm also trying to figure out a nice street/track package that will be balanced. My current config is:

GT350R front splitter
GT4 hood center vent
Swing + gurney flap

I'm considering adding the Verus engineering rear diffuser (not the ad-on strakes). Any thoughts on the balance of this package or anybody running similar?

The amount of DF generated by those things is minimal.
AJ hartman tested a 350R on wind tunnel finding oem 350R wing generates 125lbs at 120mph
The new
The new swing i doubt being higher than that for sure for draggy.
I had a great success witht ge ZL1ADDONS lip on my 18.
Is bigger than pp2. And u can hold it even better with a couple of rods.
That was the combo (350R wing and zl1addons lip ) i had when i started time trials.

There was some talk about splitters and belly pan so If I may...

I cut out the brake duct areas of my belly pan on my splitter and mounted everything up. From there I didn't quite have the desired result so I took it to my friends shop and we cut up the belly
pan and Riv-nut it to the splitter. See vid below. The install is actually not as bad as I previously
thought.

In regards to the no-wing thing, may I suggest a functioning Diffuser? I used one for a couple seasons before I settled on the functioning wing that I wanted.

I was gonna attach a picture of it here but I just found out it's on their site lol (Who knew?)

I'm going to have to see some numbers on that diffuser. What they've written under the 'Science' (This alone tells you it's anything but...) header is sorely lacking.

Diffusers are funny things. They don't necessarily put their additional downforce on the rear of the car.

Did you ever try a stock-car style rear spoiler? I remember someone stuck a big one on for auto-X stuff.

I would highly recommend visiting the AJ Hartman page on YT or his site.

It's a huge rabbit hole lol but well worth the time invested learning if you are serious about aero.

The autox is ok for the spoiler cause is low speed. That is tons of drag. A wing is way more efficient.

OK
found this
' The downforce number is 379 pounds at the same speed from the Handling package's smaller wing that features a Gurney flap. at 180mph
so probably 130lbs at 120mph ish
I would add big racelouvers vents (about 50-60 lbs DF at 100mph ) and the longer lip.
this should match the rear.
but...the swing with gurney...is draggy.
