Okay, I wasn't sure how Ford does it on manual transmission cars. Audi's ACC allows you to shift gears without disengaging the ACC system.If you put in the clutch the ACC will disengage guaranteed. For those on the fence for this option it may not be for you. I use it on my other non ford vehicles with autos and really like it so it's easy for me to order it with a manual trans, should work fine for me.
Collision Warning doesn't apply brakes. It only pre charges your brakes to engage them quicker/harder the moment you hit them. And gives you a visual and audio warning.Thank you for the response.
So what about the collision warning system then? Brakes get applied independent of what gear we are in or if we are on the clutch or not?
