I have a 19 GT with the active exhaust. I put the Borla ATAK on couple years back and recently had the mufflers powder coated. When I put them back on I only had either quiet mode, and every other mode open the valves to track. The move freely and don’t hang or stick. This was fine until I recently installed longtubes and in Track it’s a little loud for town. Is there a certain way you have to clock the valves to regain normal and sport modes? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

so, mine did same when i put gt500 exhaust on my active gt. They will be open when car is off. mine only did quiet and track. I tried everything. then I drove it and tried the modes and they all worked. I believe it has to re learn once they are unplugged. what all have you tried

There is a relearn process for the AE valves. I am not sure what exactly it is but I think @WD Pro is a resident expert on it.

I tried to do it but never heard any valve movement. and wouldnt do what its supposed to do. But after driving it and then trying the modes it then worked in every mode.
