I have a 2022 Mach 1 that just had the wiring harness issue rubbing on the pinch weld and shorting out. I ordered up a new OEM harness and replaced it along with the accompanying blown fuse. The problem is it’s still displaying active modes not available and throwing these codes that when cleared pop right back up. New harness has been tested for continuity and confirmed good. I’ve replaced the relay for that circuit with a known good one.
I’m out of ideas save for ordering up a new $380 valve actuator.

Yikes, sounds like the BCM is still confused? I used a BFH and pounded reliefs in those pinch welds for better clearance in hopes of avoiding wiring issues. Maybe try disconecting the battery for a while (reboot if all else fails) and clearing any codes? There's not much hardware to go wrong unless an actuator motor failed? Good luck.

I tried the battery trick this morning. I actually just tested both actuators and I’m seeing zero ohm resistance across both. I’m assuming they’re a coil type actuator.

Odds of both motors failing at the same time???

Maybe this can help?

Double check the fuse and while you are there make sure the relay is good/seated properly to. It is located at the fuse box. Maybe check the pins in your connectors closely to make sure one didn't get bent...
