Hi

Just bought a new to me Bullitt K4163.

Probably having a senior moment but I cannot figure out how to change the exhaust mode.

I hit the pony button

Exhaust Mode

And all I get is quiet start
VudC5vdXRsb29rLmxpdmUubmV0QDg0ZGY5ZTdmLWU5ZjYtNDBhZi1iNDM1LWFhYWFhYWFhYWFhYSIsImhhcHAiOiJvd2E...webp

Which is not set to on

and even if it was pics were taken after 8am

Am I missing something incredibly stupid?

All pics were taken with engine running in neutral

Thanks and hello :)

Based on Louk's response, were you able to find it?

Well, don't I feel stupid.

I was checking admin keys, trying different modes, mymode lol.

might as well go 2 for 2, apart from a scheduled quiet start if i turn on ignition, select quiet mode, then start, the car reverts back to normal exhaust and I can then select quiet but by then the damage is done and neighbours are awake. Can you force the car to start in quiet mode without having to schedule a time?

Can I hijack your thread?
I too need help with the active exhaust.
I have the non digital dash and the 400A package so I don't have a pony button on my steering wheel. I assume the exhaust mode is changed when I changed the drive mode from normal to track in the center console right?

Yes you can “force” it to simply by setting quiet start time with car not on but accessories on for later than the current time. Then turn the car off open the door let it shut down. Then turn car on and it should start as quiet
I’ve done that a few times.

You can also change it under "Settings", "Exhaust Mode" in the menus. This will override any setting established by drive mode selection.

In the Quiet mode scheduled timed setting, can you not set it to something like
start between 00:00 to 23:59, or something like that?

You could also do that set it to be quiet mode 24 hours never tried it. But I’m sure you could do 23 hours and just make the hour one you are sure you will never drive it or mid afternoon so it’s not a big deal.

Yep crossed my mind, was just checking I wasn't being silly and missing an easy push this to start in quiet mode on an ad-hoc basis as required.

All good

Thanks

John

Also, if you then set Quiet to 24 hours, you can then set My Mode to what you want, too. Once you're out of your subdivision, two clicks on the toggles, and you get your mode...

You can adjust the exhaust mode BEFORE starting the car, by turning the ignition on (no clutch or brake pedal depressed), selecting quiet, then starting the engine. Or if you have quiet exhaust on your 'MyMode', select that mode before firing up the engine. But the quiet mode setting is nicer, since it always kick in without having to do anything. I need to set mine from 9pm to 9am, in case I ever need to drive, and forget to quiet it down.
