my bad :headbonk: , I will be heading there tomorrow morning. They said if they have the part in stock, they will give me a loaner. If the part is not in stock, they will order it and have me drive my car until then. My A/C would go out just as it starts to heat up again..

Taking mine in on Friday for this issue. I should I re-flash to stock tune or am I fine leaving it?

My A/C hasn't worked since I bought the car (new) in November. I'm taking it back in Monday for the third time to have them 'fix' it again.

4,892 miles. AC died today. I am still glad I live in Florida, though temps in the 70's not the 90's. Sad, actually pathetic.

Loaner car? Not quite. Bought brand new. Had for just 1 year. Used ac a lot, yet many days during cooler weather Drive w/o with windows down. More so since I put a SOLO cat back exhaust on.
On a trip will take to dealer next week.

Oddly- the cooled seats still seem to be working.
I am pretty sure that the seats are just cooled by fans - nothing to do with the refrigerated system.

The seats are cooled by a thermal electric device (TED). There's an old gigantic thread on the cooled seats not cooling very well, and Ford put out a TSB with an updated TED and air intake tube to try and make them perform better.

A minor correction to my earlier post - the seats are cooled by fans and a peltier device - not by the refrigerated system

Got my car back and everything seems to be working fine. I was given a rental for exactly 1 day to the hour or else they would have charged me for an extra day so that was quite annoying since I had to leave work to go pick it up at 9 in the morning. Pray it doesn't continue to go out...

Well I think mine has well and truly gone too. Drivers side is now just pumping out hot/warm air. Passenger side is only slightly cool. Definitely not cold. I'm worried this is going to take a long time to fix.. I'm in Australia and I feel like Ford Aus will not be prepared for this problem yet or have any idea how Ford US has been fixing it. Going to try and get the dealer to read this thread about it for ideas. Taking it in tomorrow to be looked at.

Dealer just needs to order the updated AC evaporator (if that's the cause), and then install it per the factory Service Manual (which they should have). Have them trouble-shoot why it's not cooling, but it's most likely the evaporator has went bad like dozens of others have reported here.

Thanks. I will definitely push them towards looking at that initially. Should I do something about the cooled seats at the same time?
