I went to Torqqe Performance back when I lived further south to have my Brembos put on. Dropped it off in the morning and they had it ready by the the following day. I've also been to Pro Modular Performance about a month ago to troubleshoot my car misfiring on cold start. Dropped it off on a...
Did this and was still getting misfires on 1. Swapped out the plugs tonight and noticed a bit of the ground electrode was worn away increasing the gap size. There was also quite a bit of oil on the threads, causing some excess fouling. Going to bring it into Ford to see what's going on with the...
Thanks, that was pretty helpful. Thought I was in the clear, but it happened again on Sunday and then again this afternoon. I was able to pull the Mode $06 data and it looks like the majority of the misfires are on Cylinder 1. I'll check the plugs this weekend and see if those might be the...
Started up my car this morning and had 50 misfires before shutting it off. Started it again about 10 seconds later and had about 16. Shut it off and started again with no misfires and ran fine while driving (2-3 misfires while driving but I normally chalk that up to the tune sensitivity). There...
I've got a wrinkle black MAP CAI with Green air filter just collecting dust in my garage if you don't mind slightly used (had it on the car for about 6,000 miles). I'm up in the Oviedo area if you're interested.
I'm not on Sync3, but I've had the same issue with Sync2. I deleted the phone from Sync, renamed my phone in the Bluetooth settings, and then synced them again.
Got mine back on today. Tapped a few holes a little lower down and was able to get it mounted without causing an issue with the Parking indication. Boot doesn't fit flush now, but I can live with that.
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaand now it's removed. Noticed the car beeping after opening the door when I had it in Park and there was no indication on the dash that it was in Park. Seems like the knob is putting just enough pressure on the button to cause the problem.
Got mine installed today. Used a smaller screw driver to keep the holes lined up properly, made getting the screws in a lot easier. Need to get back in there though and figure out what's going on with the LED indication.
Dumb question, but I'm new at this so bear with me:
When doing a pull, do I go full throttle at 2500 rpm or do I want to be full throttle as I hit 2500?
