Would the Head from the FoST work on the EBM, loosing the headifold would be an advantage for big power wouldn't it?
The Focus ST runs a headifold as well, a worse one at that. :(

Aww crap, I saw an ecoboost motor at the Frankfurt autoshow using a conventional style exhaust manifold, i thought it was the FoST but I guess I was wrong, any Ideas if any of the other EB heads would work?

None, the only head that will work is the one I'm keeping to myself for now.

I'm gunna drop a coyote with twin turbo kit in my EBM as well - does that still mean its an ecoboost?

A special one .

The cams in the bisi car more than likely isn't going to fit in the EBM head. Also, it might just be a regrind instead of a new blank.
you got any video of the ecoboost you worked on ?

Just found this on hotrod.com so take it with a grain of salt...seems like a pretty standard build:

"To start, the stock cylinder head was tweaked by Port Flow Design before being stuffed with Supertech springs and titanium retainers, Web Camshafts Level 2.4 cam, and ARP hardware. The bottom end uses steel rods, Arias 9.0:1 billet forged pistons, and more ARP hardware to keep everything together. The fuel system uses Five O Motorsports 2200cc injectors, Golden Eagle fuel rails, Kinsler fuel filter, and a MagnaFuel 750 fuel pump to feed the boosted 2.3L four-banger enough fuel for that 900 hp. All of this force is contained in the stock block, which uses Golden Eagle sleeves and ARP head and main studs, but otherwise carries on as is."

Adam I'm interested to see what head you have in mind...wonder if it's the same thing I'm thinking of :D
