are there any successful flashes/tunes that will get the 6R80 to react much faster and engage quicker when using the paddle shifters ? The new ZF box on M cars shift so much better, that they feel like a DCT box.
Trying to achieve similar.

Go to adamtuned.com and buy the transmission tune. This will transform your car!

Thanks, appreciated.
I see theirs is for the ecoboost drivetrain. Can I assume it can be used to same effect on the GT drivetrain mustang ?

To be honest I don't know, but I don't see why not. You can ask Adam directly.

I remember a thread where someone "cleaned" the connections for their's and that helped. It's a timing thing for me, I paddle everywhere I drive, & love it! W/355's I can bark 2nd gear, no tune yet.

Get a tune from AED and they will be as good as they're going to get.

I'll vote for a Lund tune. It will shift so much firmer and faster in both regular modes and paddles.

I installed SCT 93 tune and set my shifting firmness to +25%. Shifts nice and firm during paddle shifts which is the only way I drive. Nice tire 1st to 2nd at 6500 rpm's.

I had a Lund tuned 6r80 in my 14. Much prefer the A10.
