If you want I can custom build you a set of wheels with the offsets you want and the fitment you are after. No sense in buying wheels and hoping that they fit. Spend the money once and be done with a setup that is lighter and stronger than eh everything else you have dealt with.

Yup. Had I known what I do right now that could definitely be an option. However I chose to go with a company that sold thousands of wheels made specifically for the car. I figure that having custom wheel made would be too expensive.

Don't worry man, you aren't the first person that got sucked into that. Sadly, you probably wont be the last. Many bought into that due to the low cost, only to find out there were a lot of issues. I was one of them early on as well.

The cost of what I can build for you is more cost effective than you think, and the end result is well worth what you spend. Buy one set of wheels for life that are free of issues, only benefits.

So I installed sve r350 wheels there is a slight bump however it is minimal. They fit a lot better. Here’s some pics for comparison. Perhaps next time might look to signature wheels when I get tired of these. Thanks everyone for your input and help.

6gr s are for sale if anyone is interested.
I have the r spec 7 gloss black (19x11front and 11.5”rear) as well of two brand new 19x11 w/50 mm offset rear with new super sports on them. Never seen the road. If anyone is interested pm me.

Another option for you (and the only one IMO) if you're looking to stick with an exact R replica is the Vibe wheel. Similar to T's wheels, the Vibes are one piece forged and custom made. They're gorgeous and I'm beyond ecstatic with mine. They're probably a notch down from the Signatures, but still waaaay top shelf compared to the 6GR or the SVE by a long shot. Caliper clearance is also a-plenty on the Vibes; an issue you're going to have with any cookie cutter wheel. The finish on those wheels will not touch these either.

These guys were so awesome to work with, I have the first custom set they did that was built for a non-R car, with exact R specs (offset), and I had the requirement of wanting to run stock lug nuts with stock non-R studs. They made it happen. This ended up with added benefit (unknown at the time) of being able to run @50 Deep titanium lug nuts on my Vibe wheels; and they fit and look gorgeous. This I know for certain doesn't work on 6GR and would guess most likely doesn't work on the SVE.

I think the one on that Black R have more of a concave going... or maybe it's just me. AutoFanatic has his in 20 inch... not sure I really like that.

The autofanatics guy went with 30 tall tire on a 20... but I think that's going to be too tall. Probably should be 25 on the R, if i'm not mistaken? Either way, let me know. Thanks!

How much did the setup run you? Those look fantastic!
