Moved down a few pulley sizes 2.7. Blower made more power. Tuned by DRP Motorsports. Made around 940@7650 17.4 psi Boost.

@engineermike Yes, this car is very torquey and really shows what the Roush 2650 platform is capable of on 3rd Gen Coyote

Jokerz is literally down the road from me and I’ve considered the “full tilt” package from him many times.

Nevertheless, the talk more recently has been to add a bottle of nitrous to my setup. A 100 wet shot would be a nice amount of boost.

Moreover, the nos systems available now are “on demand” and nos only engages during WOT.

Decisions, decisions, decisions…

@The Watchman there is absolutely no way I would even consider nitrous over the ported blower in your situation. One of the forum members made 960 rwhp with a combination very similar to yours but with a 2.7" pulley, 103 mm TB, and ported blower. On the nitrous side, there are all sorts of potential problems with both distribution and in the engine controls and protections. But it's your car...

I appreciate your advice and perspective, thank you.

Yes, I understand.

I believe it was member @Autopart101 who has the Jokerz ported blower and 103 mm setup.

If that same setup were on my car, Jokerz ported blower, 2.7 pulley, 103mm TB...because my car is a manual with all the goodies...I estimate around 1k whp for my car...

That is completely insane for PD SC on stock motor...lol...

@engineermike I have a different plan tho...

I am currently considering fully built long block: sleeved 5.2 predator, pistons, rods etc.

Ported heads, new springs, valves etc.

With a 3.8 Whipple sitting on top...1300 whp...lol...

Now that's a power curve, love the way it pulls right to near 8krpm.

Funny my 3.8 Whipple kit just arrived today!! Going to push 20PSI on the stock motor. Next year Sleeved short block in the works and more boost.
