I tried searching the forum and in google, but I can't seems to find a good dyno chart for a 2018 GT that shows the number up to the redline, or at least past 7000 rpm. The majority of the ones I find stop around 6500 rpm.

Anyone knows where to find one?

You don't have a dyno close? honestly, using numbers of other cars is irrelevant since cars are not the same and dyno systems are not the same. Anyway, here is an example of one in a Mustang Dyno. Numbers of them in this Dyno range from 350-370whp. There was one that made 401whp completely stock but the car is one of those that comes from the factory with magic lol

I believe the reason the runs stop shortly after 6500 RPM is because the cars hit the factory speed limiter in 4th gear on the Dyno. The gearing is too long.

Two options to rectify that are 4.09 or higher rear end gear swap so that 4th doesn't result in tripping the factory speed limiter, OR put a tune on the car which removes the limiter (but then the car is no longer stock and you don't have a true baseline).

And that is exactly right. For dyno runs, proper run gear is the 1:1, in a A10 car, speed limiter will hit before car reach 7k rpms...

Yup, car hits limiter at about 6800 rpm in 4th. Here is my '18 GT M6 on a Dynojet. First two pulls (bottom two) were stock. Second two pulls (top two) were with H-pipe res delete. DA was a little higher and the car was a little more heat soaked on the second two pulls.

I’m running MBRP with mag-flow resonated mid-pipe (only performance upgrades to date) and hit 440hp.
(Picture is a little hard to see, but was the first pull, that made those #’s).
So I’m not truly stock, but this was a baseline run to see where I start before going into performance upgrades.

I was searching for a thread like this. So back in June 2019 I did a baseline dyno. I have a 2018 Mustang GT M6. All I have is an H pipe resonator delete. Here are pics, can someone explain the numbers to me so I know. I want to see where I am at before bolt ons. Which numbers do I use basically? And yes up to 6800 because of the limiter.

You need to continue to use that dyno if you want to compare mods and you will use the WCF numbers which are corrected numbers. What this does is say if the temp, humidity, and atmospheric pressure were a certain number you would make X power. And it uses these same numbers every time. This is a more accurate way to compare because each time you re dyno your car you will have different weather conditions so this tries to take those conditions out of the equation

@FruityJudy thanks. Good to know. I'll use same dyno and WCF. I guess where I got confused is 438-439 HP seems pretty high. But I have an h pipe res delete and its manual. Never really thought about the numbers until recently because soon I'll be doing some mods.

How accurate is those numbers? I have a 19 gt manual and just got a e85 tune and a Roush cai and I ended up with 429 rwhp, so I don’t think your letting us know all the mods you have.

Every Dyno will have different calibration assumptions, so while the numbers of his initially look impressive, it's much better to compare the curves to yours, rather than worry about all out power figures. You can have your local Dyno operator tweak a few parameters and show your bone stock GT make 500hp if you really wanted to.

That actually seems extremely low for e85 tune no other mods. What did your logs look like? Any timing being pulled? Any false knock?
