But wouldn't the car have the unused mounting locations for the sub present in the trunk if you don't opt for the Shaker audio system? Like when you don't opt for something in the dash and theres a blank piece of plastic sitting there to remind you where the switch would be. Seems like a ripe opportunity for a car audio company to release a perfect drop in sub for that location. Would probably sound better and be a lot cheaper than the package that the Shaker Pro system is unfortunately bundled in.Mine is a daily driver. I like to really blast some music from time to time. Worth it just for the sound system -- aftermarket subs would take up too much trunk space and they always tend to rattle in their mounts.
Is this correct thinking or am I off base?
