Hey everybody I am a long time viewer and just recently joined because I’m thinking about pulling the trigger on a 2018 Gt. I have always loved muscle cars, especially Camaros and Mustangs. My goal in the beginning of 2018 was to start looking for a muscle car by December because of good prices, I have been cross examining 2018 gt and the 2016-17 Camaro 2ss, I have been considering the Camaro because of the price but been leaning toward the mustang because the 12 inch digital cluster and the A10 transmission. While cross examining both I became aware of the issues with the new Gt but I am not too worried about it because of the factory warranty but hopefully it doesn’t come to that.

My question is since my SOUL has been wanting a muscle car for a while now and it will be my first I do not want to enter a decision blinded by my need if that makes sense and I was hoping for an opinion from a crowd who has more knowledge and experience. Below is the link for the car I have been looking toward getting. It is a premium but not a PP and it also has the 3.15 gears. Should I hold off and keep looking or is this too good to pass up?
Also I am in California and will be paying to fly and will be driving the car back and figured $700 in expenses.

I can't help with ownership of either of those or the 3.15 gears. But I've been watching prices for a while thinking of getting a new car too. That looks like a good price if you care about all those options. I would think that car could have been bought new for a round 38k-39k. So is the 15k miles and not knowing the history worth 6-7k worth of savings? Is it CPO? So the warranty would actually be better than new? I'm not sure how those work. Anyways if it was me I would rather have a new one with less options something like this. But it really depends on what options you value. And in the link below you need to add about 1500 worth of bs fees to the WOW price.
