2023 Official Mach 1 Order Tracking Thread

Order confirmed on 10/17/22 and today I received this.
Not sure what to make of it????

Just a generic email that Ford sends out if you haven't been scheduled within 45 days of order. It is their response to everyone complaining about no communication for months on end. You'll receive this, or something similar every 45 days or so until you are actually scheduled for production. The good thing is that at least you know that your order is still in the system and hasn't been lost like some others have had happen.

When was your build date? An estimated time of arrival of 12/8 seems unrealistic when next week is the first week MY23s are being built..

Sorry I should have clarified, the ETA is when it's scheduled to complete production. Once it's been produced then Granger can provide me an ETA when it actually arrives at their location.

I tried to submit a backup order over the weekend since I’m worried my 22 build might be damaged since its been sitting waiting for shipment for close to 2 months.
Sales rep is stating they get “2023 Balanced Out” message - does this mean no more orders?

I have no insight with respect to HP orders. If anyone is interested, ask the dealer you'll be working with. I'd like to think some will be produced, but how many and who would receive them, I have no idea.

I've included your quote with a link to another thread. 2023s can continue to be ordered, but they will be stock orders. There are at least two caveats .

One, IMO, stock orders do not receive Price Protection. I'm not sure this will be an issue at all as the 23 MY is so short.

Two, your relationship with the dealer could be a factor with respect to pricing. "Well, I'll see what I can do. It's probably going to be a special order, I'll have to pull some strings, etc., etc...." You could see how that goes.

I'm an expect the worst, hope for the best kind of person. Anyone considering the car now: you got nothing to lose. Chat up a dealer and see what happens. Maybe you'll get one of the last of the last.

Honestly can't tell you how the "Fighter" got in there. Certainly wasn't my intention to type it. "Six speed' was what I intended to type, but that so far off I don't think I can blame autocorrect. So it goes.
