2022 Official Mach 1 Order Tracking Thread

I had the same experience with the Silicon Valley and S.F. Bay dealers. After I told one that I bought mine out of state, he said they would have done MSRP, but I just don't trust them as all the Mach1's and Bronco's they have for sale were Special Orders, AKA Retail Sales, that are supposed to be spoken for. Somehow they had lots of them up for sale and all at $5k to $10k ADM.

I was wary of something happening last minute but everything went smoothly with no surprises. They said they only mark up the Shelby cars and that seemed to hold true. Looking around, the only mark up I saw was $30k on the GT500 they had inside the showroom.

I really hope everybody else that's been waiting gets their cars.

I’m very similar - ordered 4/23/22.. to be delivered to Ford Store Morgan Hill 10/01-10/07. Came by rail through Fresno. Today they told me it’s in Richmond waiting for a truck driver for delivery. Our vehicles were probably on same rail car and maybe same truck (expect any day this week)

That’s awesome. I’ll shoot my guy a text tomorrow and see what he says. (Thanks for the info.) Maybe we can meet up in a few weeks and check out each other’s cars.

Morgan Hill is the only other dealership I’ll do business within this area. I’ve owned 8 previous mustangs, and this will be my 14th Ford. Bought my 17 Focus RS from Morgan Hill.

I used to do business with Serramonte but several negative experiences stopped that. Same with Towne, and don’t even get me started on Frontier.

Morgan Hill has a very reputable service department and I’ve personally had excellent service from their parts department.

Not sure how far south you are, but San Leandro’s service department has been very solid including fixing a tricky oil leak on my Raptor.

Will do! I dont have my chasis # yet. But it was built back in Aug. so assume its below 4000.

In my journey here, I’m finally starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. My car was delivered to the dealer yesterday. Still waiting on some kind of contact, don’t know if I should just keep waiting to be contacted first, but I may end up just sending an email myself. There’s no immediate rush anyway as I can’t pick it up this coming weekend, so it’ll have to be on 10/15.

Yes, I’ve heard that as well. I hope they don’t sit in the Richmond yard for weeks, that would suck.

time really has flown. the only part that frustrated me was the car sitting at the KC rail yard, or whatever it is, that 4 weeks. others came and went, but mine couldnt hop on a truck too? just something about my "custom ordered" M1 sitting outside in a dirty rail yard.....

i was told from day one it would be 6 months min for arrival. Granger has been awesome.

I ordered from them 2 months after you, so I guess that I am 2 months away.
Did Granger provide a way for you to inspect the car remotely? I am not going to have mine shipped but don’t want to fly up there to decline the car or spend a couple of nights in a motel while they fix some issues.
