Unscheduled-clean, is a good sign, the next email is VIN and production date.

I have a few question to anyone that knows what is going on with the ordering process. I ordered my Mach 1 on April 2. Jet fighter Gray. No HP but the upgrade stereo system and different wheels. I received a email from ford on April 4 saying they have my order. I have not received any more info from them and my dealer let me know they are not getting any info from Ford on the order. So since in do not have a build date or a vin can I assume that my car won't be built now but maybe latter this summer or in fall. I tried calling ford with the number that was on the email from them. The number has been temporarily disconnected and the email address is also off now.
Any input would be nice.

You probably won't hear $hit until you get a build week.
Emails I got from Ford:

11/29/21 Order received
3/18/22 Sorry it's going to be a while longer
4/21/22 Build week assigned
4/26/22 Build week pulled forward a week
4/29/22 Build week pushed back to original week

THAT IS IT! Almost 4 months between "received" and "sorry" it's going to take a while longer, then another month until I got an email with the build week.

this was supposed to be my birthday present last year. now I am just hoping it makes it in for my 40th this year. not holding my breath.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was soon — seems like the shortages just keep getting worse and worse, plus they're taking forever to schedule orders placed months ago.

Remember when they told us that the shortage issues would be way better by late 2022/early 2023? lol

The only good thing about that. is you will get your car. You have waited a long time. I have a feeling some guys are going to get cancelled before its all over. I hope not, but you would think Ford would stop taking orders at some point.

That happened to me took forever in production . Any moment now, I’d say Tuesday or Wednesday for you as a guess.

i’d stop worrying and buy one of the few remaining new 21’s in the country.....especially in Grabber Yellow.....more power+torque, plus you will get to enjoy it sooner.

I bought the last manual 21 within a 100 miles of my house a few weeks back....i love it. The 22 i drove felt a touch slower and was quieter.....did the 10 hp loss come from an exhaust restiction?
