LOL, you just keep throwing out the insults as “lightening the mood”. Just admit that the Mustang II was a sales success in its time and move on. And baby Jesus is more likely crying over your behaviour than a piece of metal.
1. If you can’t laugh at an ecoboost what else can we laugh at?
2. The Mustang 2 is the ecoboost of its time. Sales success sure , but a serious mustang. No.
3. Lighten up.

Good grief.......can we not just respect each others opinions?

Now, about that '22 Mach 1......
Agreed but there are rules. They need to be followed. There is a difference between laughing with someone and laughing at someone. Yes, everyone is entitled to an opinion but some folks need to be reined in.

2. Flaming / Bashing / Bickering / Trolling / Baiting — "Flaming" of members, including personal attacks and insults towards another member, petty bickering or bashing of another member and/or their vehicle preferences for any reason (because of engine/vehicle choice, mods, stock vs. non stock, personal reasons, etc), trolling or baiting arguments is NOT acceptable behavior on THIS site. This includes overt, repeated or excessive bashing of another vehicle brand, make or model. Members are advised to use the IGNORE function if you have a personality conflict with another member.

RESPONSE: Post a warning message on thread, reminding the poster that "flaming and personal attacks are not acceptable". Edit out the offending remarks. If it happens a second time, the individual members will receive an infraction warning via PM. If the poster continues to do this, the account will be suspended for 14 days and their posts will require the review and approval of the Moderators before posting.

3. Inter Model Bashing — The forum will not tolerate any bashing of another member's choice of vehicle, options/equipment, modifications, stock vs. non stock etc. Respect for all models and model years (EcoBoost, V6, GT, GT350, 2015-17, 2018+, etc) is expected of all members. Posting in a thread or section related to a specific trim/model/model year vehicle for the sole purpose of bashing the vehicle will not be tolerated on the forums.

RESPONSE: Deletion of the item and PM sent to the poster, warning that if the behavior continues their account will be suspended, removed or all of their posts will require the review and approval of the Moderators before posting.

I hear the '22 will be available in any FoMoCo color, and the vaunted NA 5.2 will be an option.
boggles the mind why they didn't just rip the SC off the GT500 and slap the GT350 brakes on the car instead and call it done. They're charging MORE than enough to cover.

So on a semi-unrelated topic, now that I'm getting a M1, any idea where I can find those sexy clear OEM Ford Euro tail lights? I see a bunch of aftermarket stuff but I'd like to stick with OEM if possible

Funny. I always liked more the "original" red tail lights and considered the white ones worst, because even in Europe the tail lights are usually red/orange/white, not _just_ white. But I am stuck (once I got my M1) with the white lights because this is what the EU regulations demand :)

Go take a trip to the closest dealer that has a mustang on the lot and have your kids try getting in and out of the back. I wouldn’t want to deal with that unless it was an absolute emergency. As others have said, if it were me I’d order now and hope for the best with wait times. If the last 18 months have been any indication I would not count on anything a year from now. There could be even more supply chain issues. Another virus from China. Who knows. Earlier this year I would have guessed some color changes for next year but with everything screwed up and Ford probably looking ahead to a redesign I wouldn’t be surprised to see the Mach 1 unchanged for its final year.
Has 2022 been confirmed?

Might want, but can't :). Even when someone imports a US model, in order to get it registered, they need to fix the tail lights, so they are not all red, which is usually some sort of partial hack, but nothing you probably want (if you do not have to).
