Yeah, not sure how that works. Altho, there will probably only 2 or 3 coming to Alaska, so that might have something to do with it.

I'm a Feb order and in the same boat if so, really thinking it's my Handling Package at this point given the rumors.

IDK, what my hold up is then. My order is a base GT500 Heritage Edition with no other options. I am going to harass my dealer tomorrow and see what is going on. When I set up my order I asked the person I spoke with twice if I was their first order and they said yes, and then when I spoke to the salesman, I asked him again and he said yes as well. The last I spoke to him, I believe he said that I was Priority Code 02 and he would get back in touch with me about my order, that was last Saturday I believe and he hasn't called me back or anything like that. That seems to be SOP from my salesman though. It hasn't been the best experience dealing with them, but they are 45 minutes away thankfully.

I know my dealer said his regional rep promised us an Aug build and it’s marked on his on his system. So I would have to guess more Aug spots are still available may have been a slight delay in selections today.

I sure hope so. It would be nice to take delivery of my car around my birthday in September.

In my experience with another manufacturer the allocations were handed out quarterly so a dealer that only gets one or two a year may not see them until 3rd or 4th quarter.

Car paint quality is immaculate. Penske did a great job on the stripes, and Ford did amazing on the decision to do the HE package and the touches of the painted stripe HE package. It’s just a work on art. Just waiting for paint correction and paint protection so I can start driving it.
