sup yall as you can see in the video it start ticking really loud when I’m idling for like 20 minutes or so but if I rev the car the noise goes away but then it comes back after a few minutes it doesn’t do that noise all the time it only does it when I really idle the car for a long period of time what you guys think it’s normal or should I have ford take a look at it ?

When was the last time you checked your oil level?

I checked my oil yesterday and it right between both does I’m using royal purple 5w30
You might try popping in another quart and topping it off. Can't hurt. See what happens.

But it does sound like a really loud injector.

No metal shavings doesn't mean there's nothing wrong. It's possible there's something wrong with an injector or something.

When you change the oil, sniff for gasoline odor. I'm worried you have a stuck injector, and it's just dumping gas into a cylinder.

What do you guys think about this sound? Is this the typewriter tick? This is after a cold start it quiet downs a bit after it gets to the operating temperature.

BBQ or typewriter tick. It's a "characteristic" of the GEN3 coyote engine. Liquid moly ceratec will help reduce (or if you're lucky) or stop the noise completely. My 21 GT started to make the noise immediately after my 1st oil change....so Ford obviously puts in some kind of additive at the factory.

Yeah my 2022 started ticking right after I did my 1st oil change but I never heard it ticking like it really only does it after it’s been idling for a while… but tomorrow I’m dropping it off at ford like that they can take a look at it hopeful they don’t say it normal like they always do lol

Just telling you now, Ford will say it's normal...Get the liquid moly and start with half a bottle...see if it stops...add a half bottle again if not.
