Totally agree. I'd like to see more colors offered specifically the deep, dark metallic colors antimatter blue (above), lucid red pearl and carbonized grey. I also am hoping the white stripe is an option for all colors. IDK why, but the red stripe is a bit bright and I don't like the third color on the silver, black or white as it almost forces you to get red calipers to match. I'd prefer a base color, the white stripe and black calipers. I just think it looks far nicer.

Agreed here! I am itching to order a Mach 1 but at the moment Rapid Red is not available which to me looks absolutely killer on the GT500 and would would stunning on the Mach 1! Unless something changes I will unfortuantely just wait until the 2022 model and hope they open up the color palette. If not, then velocity blue it is unless a Rapdi Red GT500 falls within a decent price range over the next couple of years. Just one man's opinion which I have already stated probably too much already but.....Dang Ford what a STUPID decision to limit the color palette! If you are going to charge almost GT350 pricing for a lesser car at least give all of us the full range of colors to choose from! ARE YOU LISTENING FORD????? Cut the crap and open it up! Give your buyers what they want!! No reason AT ALL to restrict the colors when they will be fully available on the GT!

Especially if you have to order it and pay MSRP. You'd think one should be able to get what they want given the cost and wait. There are other choices to investigate and as a red sox fan I know how to "wait til next year".

I’m mainly looking for interior color options, as I’m pretty much sold on the silver. Antimatter blue could definitely give it a good run for its money though. It’s just hard for me to justify spending $60k+ on a car with a boring black interior

Update: seeing as how Ford was highly receptive to requests for the automatic on the handling package, lets utilize this thread to try and convince Ford to open up the color palette! Let us order the Mach 1 in ANY GT color (antimatter blue, lucid red, carbonized gray), let us combine any stripe color package with any color, and let us pick any interior color! They’re all on the same assembly line, there’s nothing stopping Ford from opening up these options!!! Comment if you agree and let us know what color combo you would get if Ford opened up the options

Seeing as the 3 darker pictures were the only ones that weren’t edited, I’d say that’s probably closer to a true representation of the color. You can also see FJG in the background of the pictures of the orange car, so that may also help with some perspective

I just noticed possibly the most important engineering advancement that Ford has made in years. It looks like they have figured out a way to not stamp holes in the front fenders of a car with a Coyote. Blessed be the future of badge removal!

Fighter Jet Grey is the same paint code as Cactus grey on the Ranger and Bronco Sport. I am watching local dealer inventory to see one in person.
