Can someone post the link to the video that this picture came from? I am trying to get more information.
I believe it came form the Press event at the Las Vegas event last weekend.

Liked we talked about Snoop I absolutely hope this to be the case. We've been given varying information about this over time and my last understanding was that the Handling Package consisted of splitter wickers and Gurney flap only. If the other two items are indeed included (in the trunk, etc) that would be fantastic.

Without the adjustable top mounts it'd be a pretty weak handling pack.

As I posted on the original thread a few hours ago:
“So I just called the FP Hotline and asked which is correct regarding the contents of the Handling Package: The Published Order Guide, or the slide Carl Widmann Presented?
His response was that I was the first person to ask that question! And that the order guide is the official answer until its changed.... and he didn't know of any changes planned for the guide.”
Was his way of saying that Carl wasn’t correct without calling out his boss.
BTW: The discussion was much longer than this as he read me all the technical documentation he could find on the topic.

I called the FP hotline about two months ago and asked this question. I was told that it "should have been called the Aero Package because all it consists of are the wickers and the flap."

If the information from Vegas is correct, you would think that Ford could take the time to update this information.

On the positive side there are sometimes changes made are aren't reflected in the order guide, are incorrect, or aren't included until the following year. And given said botch job, until the event in Vegas anyway, it certainly isn't out of the realm.

In a perfect world you'd think Ford realized how lame and unrelated the content was to the category it was being sold under (not negating the relative mechanical worth of the wickers or flap) via consumer complaints or otherwise. The reality is, they aren't that quick to listen or react.

I'm hoping to be shocked that the slide is right but have little faith given Ford's recent corporate approach in this regard.

The file cabinet salesman nixed these at the last minute as he didn’t understand what they were or how the helped to file things.

Do we have an answer here? I’d go with Carl’s input vs an a order guide from 4 months ago. 1500 bucks should have the options described on Carl’s slide.

I love the wickers and gurney flap, the rest we will be a happy surprise. Its only 1,500, less the 3% of cars cost.

The way I read Snoopdogs photo above is that its a slide. Those red diagonal lines are bullet points. Bullet points are topics of discussion. That doesn't mean that all those items are included. There are people on this forum who know Carl as well as a lot of execs all the way up to Owens. However those people who do aren't worried about the handling package because they ordered the CFTP.

Again, the way I read it (above photo) is that it s a slide with topics of discussion (meaning part of the discussion may have been why or why not those items were included).

Where are those people who were at the press brief? @Face ?

Agree with your slide read. 4 sub bullets on what the handling pack is. Not. Here are 2
Things you get. And two that are optional.
