Thanks. Yeah, my dealer definitely went above and beyond for me. I made sure to set the expectation early on and from that point I only worked with the service director. He updated me almost every day they had the car.That's awesome. I would say your dealer had something to do with this. Impressive, for sure. Would love to know what the issues are.
I feel bad for someone putting a tune on the 2018 because if that engine fails and Ford finds the CPU was reflashed, there may be a warranty claim denial.
One of the reasons I like buying a car used. Not just for depreciation issues, but because most cars by 20K miles have had the stuff that going to happen, happen.
My motor was completely stock. No tune or anything else. I asked about the bad motor one more time on a follow up call and they said it dropped two valves in the number 8 cylinder.
