Bought a grey GT convertible in 2018
Sold a 2006 Porsche 911 manual that became more and more unreliable
Due to health reasons did not drive our GT much in the first 2 years but hope to do so this year! Added some nice Niche Essen 20 inch wheels on 295/30s. The GT joined our Jeep SRT

The current Mustang is an amazing car and an amazing bargain. 5L V8. 6 Speed manual. Brembos (like my Ducati and our Jeep SRT). Multi mode exhaust Heated and cooled seats. TFT display. Proper Stereo too.

Hoping to get a wind barrior so we can spend less time detsngling our hair. Otherwise perfect!

I also sold a Porsche and replaced it with a 2018 Mustang GT convertible. I found the power delivery was very similar.

Those wheels really make the Magnetic gray “pop” and makes the car look really nice.

Yeah, I have been running black wheels for a few cars, but I am kind of digging on how those pop against the Mag Gray.

A windscreen makes a huge difference! There aren't all that many options though. Love The Ride makes one that goes in with a series of straps and buckles and runs around $400.
If you're into DIY stuff you can do as I did and put in one from an Audi A4. There's a thread in the convertible section with details on that project. I've got about $110 in it and am extremely pleased with the fit, finish and performance.

Congrats on the purchase. I just bought a Magnetic GT convertible as well with the blackout package. Although I do like the look I have been leaning towards purchasing lighter colored rims. Seeing your pics side by side convince me of that even more. I thought I was just being an old fart about it wanting chrome rims but the car is so monotone that I think the lighter rims really do make the great looking metallic gray pop. I will say everyone that sees my car loves the black rims, so maybe it is just me. Either way your car looks great.

I guess that is the nice thing about these cars, the design lends itself well to changing rims and getting a whole different look, yet most all look great. Big difference from the early 70s e.g. Cutlass with hubcaps vs super stock rims or a Charger with moon caps vs Craigers—those cars to me look so much better with certain rims than others.
