Yes, that's possible since max HP can be limited by many things. But if you look at the max torque point before headers and read the corresponding HP at that point, then look at the max torque point after headers, you will also see an increase in HP at that new max torque point. That's all I was getting at to clarify the T and HP relationship at a specific RPM. In all cases, at a specific RPM if T goes up, so does HP by the very definition of the HP equation.you are correct
