2018 Digital Dash not Showing MPG?

Hi, I have a 2018 Mustang GT with 401a, I bought it not too long ago with low miles. I pretty much know how to work all the functions of the digital dash, but when I click on Fuel and Trip Info, it takes me back to the normal gauge screen with a blank section in the middle. I have absolutely no clue how to see my fuel info, and I'd very much like to. Has anyone else had a similar problem, or know how to fix this?

I think you have to hit the up/down arrow buttons on the steering wheel to switch between the different trip/fuel options after you selected the Fuel and Trip info. Will double check my car tomorrow

Also, I just did it a minute ago, try clicking the gear icon or the Mustang icon then go to trip then it will show gas mileage. If you can't figure it out let me know and I'll walk you through it step by step.

Oh haha thanks for the reply, the issue has long since been solved. This was when I first drove my Mustang and I didn't know that you could page up and down and such. I actually did have to go to the dealership though because my car was made in the first couple days of production and it was on a pre-production software version, which was odd.

In case you haven't figured out the blank screen, it will show directions when you are running the nav.

Unfortunately Ford does not allow it to show Google maps from Android Auto.

I hope you’re still around, this saved me around $150 this weekend. My local dealer wouldn’t/couldn’t tell me what had happened with this exact issue and wanted to book my car in for a full diagnostic. Glad I found this old‘ish post. Thanks from the UK.
