Digital dash not showing revs

Installed a digital dash on my 2017 mustang gt. The part is off of another mustang. I programmed in forscan. Everything works but revs stay at 0.

I think you program it with your cars as built. I had it happen the other way, going to an analog dash. this fixed it then I went one at a time to get things turned on or off as needed.
