Is going this digital cluster route an easy way to enable drive modes on a base model? Or would I also need to purchase a sync 3 upgrade with the toggle switches?
Because if I can just get the digital cluster, and skip the sync 3, and still have the drive modes, that would be awesome. I already have a tomtop, so I don't really need to upgrade to sync 3, unless that's the only way to get the drive modes to work.

I have Adaptive Cruise Control and I have ordered my parts as well. As soon as they come in, I am going to upgrade the car. Let me know if you figure out the Adaptive Cruise Control issue. When you say the option is grayed out, I am assuming in the FSCAN tool when you attempt to program the IPC? I shall update you once I complete my install :)

Below are the SCCM and Switch which I have ordered. Listing them below so we can confirm that we are using the same switches:
Left Lower Steering Wheel Switch: JR3Z-9C888-FA
Steering Column Housing Assembly: JR3Z-3F791-AA

It's greyed out in the IPC itself under "driver assist"/"cruise control". The forward collision detection still works, it's something between the SCCM and the CCM that's not programed/configured correctly. As far as the part numbers, after some looking at several websites, they list part (FR3Z-9C888-DA). I have switch part number JR3T-9E740-FAW. Maybe that's the problem?

You need to replace all FOUR steering wheel switches for any 2015-2017 with adaptive cruise control. Go back to the first page and look at the parts required list. I have several people with working adaptive cruise on cars that have purchased plug n' play clusters from me.

You need the -FA switch to get ACC to function.

I actually didn't find this page until I got my kit from hellhorseperformance.com. I didn't know this was a thing until they posted it on facebook. They sent me 4 switches, but only three actually fit. I received 2 upper right switches in the kit. Figured that was normal so I only replaced 3. I've contacted them to find out why and now just waiting to see what they say. Might explain why things aren't working. Thanks for the help and i'll see if this fixes it.

No one else but me seems to be able to get this kit correct... Unfortunate that you found them first but good luck!

Hey Breeves002. Quick question I have a 2018 Mustang GT Premium manual transmission and no Nav, only sync3. Is there anything diff? I mean so I don't have to get a cluster that have all the letters for automatic. And is it possible to just get this cluster ready to go and install? By that I mean, not having to do any updates or modifications necessary like you explained. Is that I'm not good at does things lol I actually would have to find ppl to do it for me and install it regardless... And last question, would this do any harm to the computer system? Like would any light on the dash turn on? And would I loose my warranty cuz of the change of cluster?

Yes you can get a manual cluster without the PRNDS. I sell ready to go cluster kits. You can PM me if you'd like to order one. Everything will work exactly as factory. The only warranty lost is the warranty on the cluster itself. So Ford has a 24 months parts warranty on the cluster but the dealer will not replace it for you if it fails. Everything else is still covered under warranty.

So i looked at the first page, and in the second post it says this:

Q: Does this have track apps, line lock, etc enabled?
A: This is all enabled in as built data. With the sample as built data all of these things are enabled.

I think they already answered our question, just not directly as a yes or no. I think we where supposed to infer what this meant.

However, it doesn't really clarify if the drive modes will work without the sync 3 screen and toggle switches as well. And I have no idea if Drag Mode does anything even if it's enabled.

That makes sense if you can access different modes via the track apps menu in the new cluster, I thought maybe you needed the mode toggle switch to access them.

Thanks

I don't sell clusters internationally but there are companies that will. Not sure where though.
