Yep, and making the car ulimately more valuable at resale. Or if you actually keep the car as a collector vehicle.

I don't know... Seems to be the most valuable cars are the ones that stay unmodified for dozens of years or only have factory options/upgrades. Even more so if you find one with a rare option. Like if you were to find a '67 in Dusk Rose with air conditioning...
