I've seen some with plates. Some states like ours have showcar and racecar exemptions. Very limited driving. Have to go through the kit car approval process which is very easy in Indiana.

Ah, Watson Racing. That place is cleaner than a hospital. A couple of friends and I were lucky enough to be taken on a personal tour by Chuck Jnr and John Philips when we visited from the UK last August. That's a day I'll never forget!

Awesome pics - in 50yrs those will be neat to look back on!

I have an original (black & white, time dated, orig Kodak paper) of a GT350 being welded on and a genuine all bare aluminum Cobra sitting in background at Shelby's airport hanger from the 60's... It's a neat pic to look at with the workers of the past working on those cars.... Very similar to those you just posted modern day.
