Just can't get enuff!
Could someone please clear up my confusion on the options:

If you want to purchase the base GT 350 with the convenience package , (option 67U) that has an MSRP of $3000 do you also have to buy the electronics package (option 67T) $ 3000 for a total cost of $ 6000 ? It seems to me that 67U includes all of 67T except for the recaros so its basically an even swap on the seats.
It's "either-or".... you cannot have both options together. Just pick 1.

"Two new available packages – Electronics Package includes SYNC® 3, voice-activated navigation and nine-speaker audio system; Convenience Package includes the same options, and replaces manual Recaro seats with leather-trimmed power sport seats."

Yeah my wife said that about my M3. Then I just played a video of the GT350 exhaust and said "but does it sound like this". After she came out a fog from the sound orgasm she just had she immediately said I could get one.
Ugh, I WISH it was that easy. If I had my wife listen to a GT350 exhaust and told her it was a big reason I wanted one, she'd say "why can't you just get that exhaust sound from your car?" She's not a car person and simply couldn't register the big differences between the Coyote and the Voodoo, in addition to all the other things on the GT350 compared to the GT. All she would see is the monthly cost involved with owning one.

My only chance to convince her would be to have the down payment in-hand next spring and say "Look, I've been saving a long time for this car and it's something I really would enjoy." She would get it then and be like "Well, if you REALLY want it. You're the one who will be making the payments on it, not me." Then all I'd have left to decide on is which color, Lightning Blue or Avalanche Grey!

At least you're not being offensive.
There are many reasons the Recaros aren't a workable choice for a lot of folks. :paddle:
I want the adjustable lumbar spine support in the convenience package. I have a disc in my back that can get pretty pissed off every now and then.

You don’t want to know
I Really like the adjustability and the comfort of the Tech seats. They also do a much-better-than-expected job of holding you in place during hard cornering.

Unfortunately for future Canadian Shelby owners, i see the '16 base price ( $63099 )+ '16 track pack option ( $8100 ) adding up.

We'll see the base canadian price for a '17 Shelby at around $71K :eyebulge:

That's a big chunk of change for a Shelby up here.
Sorry, but how do you figure Ford Canada will charge us for the '16 track pack option when it's already been "amortized" into the '17s base price?

I'm not saying you're wrong, only that I hope it not to be true. As it is, these cars tend to sell for MSRP in much of Canada as is (non-Rs, anyway), and therefore I think Ford might not want to fuck us too deeply. We will see.

Ford Canada has already increased the base price 2 times, it's now 63788, when i got my tech pack i paid 62599, plus options. The new price will be at least the 63788 plus the track pack option, 8100. I wouldn't be surprised if the new base price is 74 to 75k including delivery.

I've heard from a large dealer that they've only been give 1 allocation for 2017, as opposed to 4 for 2016. (I'll bet they get more later.) Maybe this means all dealers will get one '17 before any dealers get a second one.
The dealer I work for received one 2015 GT350 (one of the 37 R's). Then we were allocated two 2016's (both non-R's). Our regional Ford office just emailed me a few days ago to let me know that we get three 2017's (one R, two non-R's). So, dealers are being told how many allocations they get for all of the 2017 model year already.

Which means that the allocation formula is changed from 2016 to 2017.

Maybe I should skip on my 16 Track Pack that comes this week for a 17 Electronics Pack in Lightning Blue. Then again OEMRadio is selling a Sync 3 conversion for a lot less than $3k
Who or what is OEMRadio?

Or that particular dealership just sold more Mustangs last year than the year prior.

Last year it was 3 GT350s for every R with the exception of the R lottery. Brian stated 2 GT350s & 1 R which is different than last year.
