so you can't get AC or the leather seats on R? also no back seats on R? Plus no Nav or sync3 and a shitty stereo on R? I think I'd rather have the regular 350 as I will not be tracking much...
A/C, Nav, Sync 3, all available in the R-electronics add-on package 920A $3000

$7,500 is for the R over the base, $3,000 is for the R-Electronics Package.

The GT350/GT350R is one of the best sounding performance vehicles on the market today and you are concerned about an upgraded stereo?

I have never even turned the radio on when driving my GT350 and I am very happy that I don't have a radio/AC/nav on my GT350R. The same applies to the Boss 302 cars that I own.

For me the sound of the exhaust does it for me but obviously everyone has different priorities when buying a performance vehicle.

:thumbsup::thumbsup:

did you have ADM? How much deposit? Thanks

edit....when do you think you will get it? it says Priority 10. That doesn't sound very high? I am wondering b/c I just turned in my BMW and want an idea when I would get mine?
I've been hounding my guy at this dealer for a while, which doesn't markup their cars. They were out of allocations when I tried for a '16. I've also got my Focus RS coming in through them.

There's no way of telling until the order gets selected. It can be months after production start until that happens. Priority is 1 - 99, 10 is what I've seen for retail orders.

agreed - I don;t really care about stereo at all but personally I would atleast like a technology hub (nav/steroe) that is more advanced then 20 years ago. I love this car from what I have seen but the fit & finish of Ford still blows compared to others. No offense as I am probably buying one but the cheap plastic and other stuff is pretty sad in this day and age. Don't hate - just telling you thoughts from a never ford owner and long time BMW owner.

So the order banks for the 2017s are officially open??
Yes. Although, I understand that pricing isn't showing up in all regions just yet.

Do you often drive it 500-1500 miles to track it? I need some tunes for those trips.

With all due respect I have had a number of M3's and M roadsters and based on my experience BMW has some of the worst electronics on the market and specifically the Nav system. Even BMW in NJ knows that they have sub standard electronics especially compared to the Japanese and some American manufacturers.

In addition the DCT that I should have never ordered was terrible in my opinion and should have gone with a 3 peddle car.

Is the fit and finish of a Shelby GT350 on par with a BMW 3/4, all depends who you talk to but when it comes to "bang for the buck" along with the sound of an American V8 compared to a force fed 6 cylinder it is no contest.

Does anyone know what the $ 7,500 920A Preferred package is??

Does anyone know what the $ 7,500 920A Preferred package is?? I can see the 67U & 67T options for $3K each but can't wrap my head around adding all that together plus the $ 54,495. That really adds up. Help...:headbonk:

Ok I read some other posts and realize the 920A is for the R. That makes me feel much better.

That's for the R on top of the base.

Maybe I should skip on my 16 Track Pack that comes this week for a 17 Electronics Pack in Lightning Blue. Then again OEMRadio is selling a Sync 3 conversion for a lot less than $3k

Could someone please clear up my confusion on the options:

If you want to purchase the base GT 350 with the convenience package , (option 67U) that has an MSRP of $3000 do you also have to buy the electronics package (option 67T) $ 3000 for a total cost of $ 6000 ? It seems to me that 67U includes all of 67T except for the recaros so its basically an even swap on the seats.

That would mean my build would be

Car P8J - 54295
Trim 900A n/c
Option 67U 3000
Gass Guz 1300
Destination 900

Total ( without paint option ) 59,495 msrp + asshole tax
